Whether you haven't landed a US client yet, you're relying on referrals, or you're ready to scale, I'll share what's worked for me. My experience, my opinion: take what's useful.
Where I have the most hands-on experience, from running US-facing businesses for over 15 years.
Finding your US offer
Your skill isn't your offer. Pick the niche, package and price US buyers actually want.
Getting clients
Cold email and SMS, Meta and Google Ads, referrals and affiliates, turned into a predictable pipeline.
Productized services
The model behind ContentPit's 1,000+ clients: clear package, clear price, repeatable delivery.
Customer experience
US customers have real power. Manage expectations, avoid disputes, and keep clients happy.
Remote teams
Hiring and running fully remote teams of 40+ across Egypt, the Philippines and beyond.
Freelancer to agency
Going from solo freelancer to running a team. I made most of the mistakes so you can skip a few.
